This red corrugated mailing box is designed for customization. You can freely adjust the dimensions (Length 246mm × Width 186mm × Height 56mm). It features a three-layer E-flute corrugated airplane box structure. The face paper options include 250-300g coated white card or kraft card, paired with an E-flute core (flute height approx. 1.5mm). Edge crush strength ≥3.5kN/m, burst strength ≥1500kPa, making it sturdy and crush-resistant. The outer box pattern supports spot color burgundy + off-white printing (CMYK also achievable). The inside of the lid features spot color light beige + burgundy text. The inner and bottom face paper are the same color. The entire box is covered with matte film for a premium feel and scratch resistance. Suitable for high-end mailing packaging such as brand gifts and electronics. Details can be adjusted according to requirements to create a customized visual experience.

Do I need to pay printing plate / tooling fees?
For orders under 5,000 pieces, a one-time printing plate fee ($50-100, depending on size) applies. For reorders or orders over 5,000 pieces, tooling fees are waived.
