Does eco-friendly packaging significantly increase costs?
Not necessarily. Through structural optimization (e.g., replacing EVA with paper structures), the rise in material costs can often be offset. Moreover, in EU countries, eco-friendly packaging can reduce packaging taxes, lowering the total cost of ownership.
Can recycled paper provide enough strength for heavy products?
Yes. We compensate for the shorter fibers of recycled paper by adjusting the flute type (e.g., upgrading from E-flute to B-flute) and increasing paper weight. Passing drop tests is our delivery benchmark.
Do you support small-batch custom eco-friendly packaging?
Yes. For start-up brands, we offer digital proofing and flexible minimum order quantities (MOQ) to help them start their sustainability journey with lower risk.
Does molded pulp lose performance when exposed to moisture?
We add eco-friendly water-resistant agents to the pulp to achieve moisture resistance. Under normal warehouse conditions, its physical performance remains very stable.
