This white teardrop-shaped custom packaging box is crafted from food-contact-grade C1S/FBB PAPER at 300gsm with a matte lamination finish — scratch-resistant, fingerprint-proof, and silky to the touch. Designed for placemats, baby products, and kitchenware, it measures 260×140×20mm with versatile internal space. Customizable in single-color or two-color offset printing with black spot color to crisply render product line art, brand name, and compliance icons. Optional upgrades include spot UV, black/silver hot stamping, or embossing to elevate brand presence. Eco-friendly water-based ink delivers strong adhesion without powdering or show-through; food-grade adhesive ensures a secure lock bottom with precise die-cutting and creasing for crack-free folding. Free of optical brighteners, the recyclable paper base meets EU ROHS and domestic food-contact standards — a custom packaging solution that balances safety with premium texture.
