This yellow straight-insertion sealed box is specially designed for packaging small building blocks, toys, and similar products. It is custom-made from 300g white cardboard, offering excellent stiffness and reliable protection. The smooth surface of the white cardboard ensures high color reproduction in printing, with the main yellow spot color applied evenly and strikingly. The side barcode and top Japanese instructions are clear and detailed, while the round "Pastel Coast" sticker on the box surface can be independently customized. You can choose dimensions ranging from length 150~200mm, width 120~160mm, and height 40~60mm based on product needs, and opt for matte or gloss lamination to enhance abrasion resistance and color texture. With an edge crush strength of ≥3.0kN/m and a burst strength of ≥1800kPa, it meets general transportation and stacking requirements, making it a custom packaging solution that balances aesthetics and functionality.

For orders under 5,000 pieces, a one-time printing plate fee ($50-100, depending on size) applies. For reorders or orders over 5,000 pieces, tooling fees are waived.
