This custom playing card features a 5-layer composite double-sided coating structure, offering a variety of weights from 270 to 330 g/㎡. The thickness and stiffness are precisely matched, with a vertical stiffness of 6.5-8.0 mN·m and a horizontal stiffness of 2.7-5.6 mN·m, providing a hard and bouncy feel, smooth shuffling sensation. It boasts a tear resistance exceeding 1200 consecutive double folds, with a smoothness of ≤2.5μm on both sides, featuring delicate printing and high color reproduction. It has a high whiteness of 82%-88%, ≥98% lightfastness, and completely opaque black core. Moisture stability is maintained at 6.0%-7.5%, without deformation; surface strength ≥2.0m/s, preventing powder shedding during high-speed printing. It is free of fluorescence and complies with food contact and toy safety standards. Available in custom sizes of flat sheets or roll cuts, perfectly adapting to playing cards, board game cards, and advertising gifts. Made-to-order, consistent quality.
