This custom green corrugated mailer box features a three-layer E-flute corrugated airplane box structure, with precise dimensions of 246×186×56mm, balancing lightweight and protection. The liner board uses 250-300g coated white card paired with an E-flute core (flute height approx. 1.5mm), edge crush strength ≥3.5 kN/m, burst strength ≥1500 kPa, ensuring safe transport. The outer box is printed with spot color dark gray and mint green (or CMYK overprint), the inside of the lid is printed with spot color mint green with dark text, and the interior and bottom continue with the same color liner board for a unified style. The surface can be laminated with matte or glossy film to meet different texture needs. As a custom product, you can flexibly adjust the base color, pattern, and lamination process to create a unique brand packaging.
